No Refund Policy for All Trips
1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made towards any trip, including deposits, partial payments, and full payments, are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancels for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, or scheduling conflicts, no refunds or credits will be issued.
3. Transferability Option
In certain cases, participants may transfer their booking to another person if they are unable to attend. This transfer must be arranged by the original participant and approved by the organizer. Additional administrative fees may apply.
4. Force Majeure Clause
If the trip is canceled due to unforeseen events beyond the organizer’s control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, travel bans, or other force majeure events), refunds will not be provided. Instead, participants may receive a one-year travel credit with Rae Travel, subject to availability and at the discretion of the organizer.
5. Travel Insurance Recommendation
To protect against unexpected cancellations, participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. This may cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen disruptions.
6. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By making a payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this No Refund policy. It is the participant’s responsibility to review these terms before booking the trip.
